Making an appointment

To make an appointment to see a doctor or nurse you can either phone the surgery on 0844 477 8669*, or come into the surgery and ask for a receptionist.

  • You can book up to six weeks in advance
  • Best time to call for test results would be in the afternoons from 2 PM

Also once you have seen a doctor or nurse and need another appointment book it with them there and then.

We now have a 24/7 automated phone appointment system but please ensure the Surgery has your latest telephone number otherwise the system will not recognise you! Also please listen to the instructions carefully. The automated system is for Doctor appointments only and not for Nurse appointments.

Book an appointment online Please note you need to be registered for online services. You can obtain your user name and password at the Surgery, this is for security purposes and only available for registered patients.

SMS - Text Messages. We will send you an automated text message 24 hours in advance of your appointment to remind you. If you do not want this service please email us or inform Reception. Please also ensure we have your correct mobile number.

Early/Late Appointments: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 07:30 AM, Saturday AM and Tuesday 6-8 PM please use the rear far door of the surgery and press the call button.

*  Charged at the local rate. It is not the 0844 number itself but the charge rate per call. We have to cover our own cost which includes us calling patients on their mobile phones which can be at a higher rate than the local rate. Also some mobile providers may charge more for calling an 0844 number
