Welcome to Victor Street Online Services. Our aim is to make it easier to access the Surgery. Online services can provide:

Manage your appointments - view past and future appointments, and book or cancel an appointment
Manage Repeat Prescriptions If on your prescription the issues remaining are Zero you will not be able to use the online services just for repeat prescriptions. You will need to contact the Surgery as your medication may be under review. Please ensure you click the final box at the bottom of your list to complete the order

Submit questions - Please do not ask specific medical or personal questions
Complete Questionnaire/Surveys
Self Registration for New Patients. Please note that you can complete the new patient registration form providing you live in the Surgery's catchment area (contact the surgery). You will still need to come into the surgery with the form, proof of address and ID; and to book your health check.
