Patient Reference Group (PRG)

A group of patients and practice staff who meet at regular intervals to decide ways of making a positive contribution to the services and facilities offered by the practice to the patients. Victor Street's PRG currently meet every three months and consist of 10 members. Our Aim. To improve the level of care and services provided by the Patient’s Practice.
