All our repeat prescriptions are on computer and any patient who is on long-term treatment will be given a request slip listing every item that they are allowed to order with out seeing the doctor.
If on your prescription the issues remaining are Zero you will not be able to use the online services for repeat prescriptions. You will need to contact the Surgery as your medication may be under review.
Requests can be made by ticking which items you require and hand the slip in to the prescription desk, or send it in by post.
We DO NOT take prescription requests by telephone, to reduce the risk of errors. Prescriptions can be picked up after two working days, or can be posted back to you providing you enclose a stamped addressed envelope. This could take longer.
